Homage to Gatsby

Problem

This small cottage’s flow needed to be improved to entertain dinner guests. The dining room was too far from the kitchen and the entrances to other rooms made it difficult to fit ample living room furniture in the living space.

Solution

Switch the dining and living room to optimize the home for entertaining.

Concept

To improve the flow of the home, we will be switching the locations of the living room and the dining room. We will also incorporate 1930's inspired look with soft textures, wall paper, chandeliers, and brass/gold touches to pay homage to the historical features of the home.
